You must be at least 18 to use Hug.Me. The service is for adult use and may include mature, romantic content.

What Hug.Me is

Hug.Me provides voice calls with fictional AI characters. Companions are software, not real people, and their replies are generated. They are not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, mental health, legal, or financial help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Creating characters

If you create a companion, it must be an original, fictional adult. Do not create or depict real or identifiable people, minors, or anyone you do not have the right to portray. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hug.Me for anything illegal, for harassment, or to produce content involving minors or non-consenting real people. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Membership and billing

Some features require a paid membership. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account.

Service as is

Hug.Me is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the service.
