Plus costs $19.99 per month and includes 100 minutes per billing month. Unused monthly minutes expire when that period ends. A 60-minute pack costs $14.99 once and does not expire. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Cancel a subscription

Open Plans & billing in your account, then Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal; your paid allowance remains available until its billing period ends. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund.

Request help or a refund

For duplicate charges, failed calls, or refund requests, email support@hug.me using your account email. Include the charge date or receipt reference, never your full card number. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to your applicable consumer rights.

Refunds remove the corresponding unused minutes from the refunded purchase. Calls that fail before the companion starts do not consume minutes.
